Come primo piatto abbiamo il buffet con specialità Brasiliane e Sarde, insalate, verdure, frutti di mare e una vasta selezione di formaggi da abbinare al miele.

The Buffet.

For first course (if you choose) we have a buffet of Brazilian and Sardegnian specialities as well as salads, vegetables, seafood and cheese. If you choose the buffet, feel free to combine dishes from the buffet with the meat. You will also be served rice and a tomato – onion salsa with the meat.

Churrascaria

Le nostre meravigliose carni vi verranno servite direttamente dallo spiedo dei nostri churrascheri , quattro tipi diversi di carni rosse alternate da combinazioni di carni bianche tutte cucinate esclusivamente nella nostra griglia a carbone. Contorni a scelta al bufet, riso basmati e verdure in vinaigrette. Come dessert vi proponiamo l’ananas allo spiedo con una spolverata di cannella.

Brazilian Grill

To experience a meal at a Churrascaria is to indulge in a long, tasty and rich meal, with the best meat for the season. The Churrasceroe`s / Gaucho`s seasones and grill several different types og meat wich they cut and serve at your table. Wether you choose to combine the meal with our buffet or not, is up to you. For desert we always serve a cinnamon seasoned, grilled pineapple.
